About these terms

These terms cover the use of this website and booking classes, training and grooming with Hudson & Hounds, run by Donna Hudson. By using the site or making a booking you agree to them.

Using this website

The information on this site is general guidance about our classes, training and grooming. It is not a substitute for advice about your own dog. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we cannot promise it is always complete.

Booking and paying for classes

Classes are booked and paid for online through Calendly, with card payments taken by Stripe. Your place is confirmed once payment has gone through. Classes have no more than six dogs and are one dog per handler. Courses are £180, paid in advance when you book. Courses run for 6 weeks.

One-to-one training and grooming

One-to-one training and grooming start with an enquiry. The details, including what is included and any fees, are agreed with you directly before we start. Grooming is paid for after the groom. 1-2-1 packages of 3, 6 or 12 sessions are paid as you go, after each session.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to cancel or rearrange, please let us know as soon as you can and we will do our best to help.

Your dog's health and behaviour

Please tell us about any health conditions, medication and any history of biting or aggression before training or grooming starts, so we can plan safely. We need proof that your dog's vaccinations are up to date before they join a class. You are responsible for your dog during classes.

Results

Every dog is different. We will always give you honest advice and our best work, but results depend on your dog and on the practice that carries on at home, so we cannot guarantee a particular outcome.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law.
